The dust jacket is very good with some light creasing to the edges. The 2 books together are heavy (tipping the scales close to 2.85 kgs wrapped) and therefore additional postage MUST be applied to areas OUTSIDE the UK as follows: Europe £15, Rest of the World (excluding Canada, which does not a Royal Mail rate for this weight) £20.
