Gewählt wurde die Rezeption des Exodus-Stoffs in den deuterokanonischen / apokryphen Schriften des Alten Testaments inklusive einer 'Kontrollgruppe' mit dem Ziel den Übergang von innerbiblischer Rezeption zu einem klaren Kommentarwesen besser nachvollziehen zu können. Das Modell kontextueller Exegese erweist sich als äußerst wirksam.
