Añadir al carritoHardcover. Condición: Very Good. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Very Good. 1st Edition. ROLE OF THE SUPREME COURT: POLICYMAKER OR ADUDICATOR ERVIN & CLARK 1970 HARD COVER DJ. Talk about a timely topic! This book is the report of a debate between Sam J. Ervin, Jr., Senator from North Carolina and Ramsay Clark, former Attorney General of the United States about the effect of the Warren (Supreme) Court on our society. I am very pleased to offer: Role of the Supreme Court: Policymaker or Adjudicator? a debate sponsored by the American Enterprise Institute as the second in their series of Rational Debate Seminars. This small hard cover book (5 ½ x 8 ½ inches, 85 pages) was subsequently published by the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research, Washington, D.C., copyright 1970. This book is bound in black cloth with gilt titles on the spine and protected by a printed paper dust jacket. Laid-in is a four-page summary of the debate, touching on some of the high points. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The dust jacket is a bit dust-dulled, edge worn and darkened along the spine. The hard covers are also a bit dust dulled but otherwise essentially clean and the gilt titles bright. Inside, a former owner has left his name stamped on the front endpaper but the interior pages are clean and bright throughout. Both hinges are fully intact, and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
