They are not primarily aimed at the experienced mountain walker, but at the 'Sunday strollers' and 'Enthusiastic ramblers' who may choose to visit the area and who want to enjoy walks at lower levels than the high ridges and summits that rise high above the valleys. Most of the walks require only basic navigation skills to follow the directions along obvious low level paths, while a few require confident map reading skills to follow the route, and the walks are categorised accordingly.
