First edition hard back binding in publisher's original blue cloth covers, gilt title and author lettering to the spine. 8vo. 7½'' x 5¼''. Contains 256 printed pages of text with monochrome illustrated headers and coloured frontispiece. Corners crushed, rubs to the spine ends, without any ownership markings. Very Good condition book, in Very Good condition colour illustrated dust wrapper with sun faded spine, 70 mm tear to the front gutter, 30 mm tear to the lower corner of the front panel, small nicks and related creasing to the edges, not price clipped 7/6.
