Some soil and foxing on covers, corners bumped and creased, previous owner's signature, title boxed in and coat of arms filled in, all in color pencil, on front cover, his name and address and a curious drawing of a circle and triangle pattern (looking very much like a crop circle! ) on rear cover, staples rusted. Internally, a half dozen or so of the drawings have been neatly penciled in or extended a bit, marginalia and/or corrections (in pencil) on five or six pages, nice drawing of the Air Corps circled star, done in red, white and blue, on blank last page, 1 or 2 dogears, otherwise tight, clean, relatively crisp and unmarked. Covers principles, operation, maintenance, etc. Of propellers, including Lycoming-Smith, Curtiss and Hamilton. Internally, paper lightly age yellowed, several of the drawings have been neatly colored in with various colored pencils, presumably as part of the course work to aid in the uinderstanding of the operation, with some appropriate marginalia, otherwise tight, clean, relatively crisp and unmarked.
