This biography by Tom Roberts' daughter, Celia, chronicles the life of a dedicated and exceptional Canadian artist from his childhood, through his years of formal education, and his years of study in the outdoors. He chose to be a painter when he was eight years old and dedicated his life to painting the natural beauty and the history of Canada: "I want people to feel this wonderful country." This copy is signed by the artist's daughter, Celia Roberts, who was traveling with his father coast to coast celebrating their beloved country.
