If ordering PLEASE include your name and mailing address so that we may reserve
the book for you and quote shipping charges.

Postage is at cost. All overseas parcels will be sent airmail unless otherwise
requested. For high value parcels, we will insure where possible.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
