Mark R Cooley

Mark R Cooley has spent almost thirty years on every side of one problem: why some people get the big things done and most don’t. He has been a bank vice president, a professor of business strategy and critical thinking, a venture-backed CEO, and an advisor to dozens of early-stage founders. On the corporate side, he led the global IT transformation that helped position Seagen for its multi-billion dollar acquisition by Pfizer, and he has worked hands-on with AI and machine learning for a decade, including some of the earliest enterprise deployments of their kind. Then he lived his own book: a layoff, a deliberate year, an acquisition that died by text message, a company he built and killed on purpose, and the system that came out of it all. The Founder Revolution is that system, built for people ready to stop working for someone else’s future and start executing their own. He is the founder of Future State Found and lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his wife.
