Arun Kumar

Arun Kumar was born in the UK and spent 17 years in medical technology. He studied Chemistry (BSc) and holds an MBA.

When his job was taken away and he found himself at home with two toddlers, he was left asking one question: who am I if I'm not the breadwinner? Feeling emasculated, he began to spiral in his own mind about his self-worth. Out of that spiral he uncovered how his mind actually works, drawing on modern psychology, neuroscience and ancient wisdom.

He wrote UbU for the people who never ask for help, because asking would mean admitting they're struggling. It's Arun's honest story, so you can be honest about yours, and a map for navigating and mastering your mind out of the situation.
