Paddy Dhanda

Paddy Dhanda leads the Product Management and Agile practices at one of Europe's largest technology training providers, shaping human and AI-powered product skills for some of the world's best-known brands. His career spans more than two decades across software engineering, business analysis and product management, within sectors including banking, telecoms and consulting.

Along the way, he led a community of practice of over 2,000 business analysts at a global investment bank and co-founded The Visual Jam, a community dedicated to visual thinking and the human skills that boost creativity, communication and collaboration.

Paddy went to one of the worst-performing high schools in England and describes himself as a professional introvert who became addicted to conversation through his podcast, which was nominated for Best Content Creator at the Creative Industry Awards. He is also an international keynote speaker and guest lecturer on the University of Birmingham MBA programme, where he helps inspire the next generation of product leaders.
