Eric Dombach

Eric Dombach is an investor, entrepreneur, and senior executive who has lived every stage of the small-business journey: founder, operator, exited owner, and acquirer.

He founded and exited three professional services companies, then built CoachPro, where he serves as founder and Chairman of the Board, guiding a global network of licensed business coaches and advisors serving small and mid-sized businesses around the world.

Eric is also a founder and Managing Director at Karpos Capital Partners, where he builds platform companies that acquire and scale small to mid-sized businesses across multiple sectors.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. His career has been defined by helping small business owners achieve freedom: free cash flow, free time, and freedom of mind.

Eric resides in Dallas, TX, with his wife, Deborah, with whom he has raised four adult children. He enjoys traveling, playing jazz-fusion guitar, and reading.
