Peyton Howell

Peyton Howell, MT-BC, is a board-certified music therapist and children's book author with a passion for helping kids connect with the world through God's gift of music. Drawing on her clinical experience in music therapy, she has seen firsthand how the elements of music can foster connection, support developmental growth, and bring pure joy to childhood. Peyton lives in Oklahoma with her wonderful husband and three precious children. Her books, including Busy Building Trucks and I Hear a Band!, blend her therapeutic background with playful, rhythmic storytelling designed to be sung, read, and played along with again and again. When she's not doing musical things, Peyton can be found attempting her next craft, watching a romantic period drama, or enjoying the outdoors with various critters and plants.
