Darrell Bilbrey

Darrell Bilbrey spent nearly three decades inside the organizations he now writes and coaches about. As Vice President of Corporate Systems and Business Intelligence at Encompass Health Corporation and Director of Enterprise Architecture at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, he watched capable leaders become the structural answer to every question their organizations had not yet learned to carry. He left corporate leadership in 2021 to found Vantage To You Consulting.

Darrell is an executive coach accredited by the Conscious Coaching Academy (EMCC) and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach and Speaker. He is also the creator of the Visionary Strategic Neural Network™ (VSN-Net™), a cohort model for technology entrepreneurs pursuing personal and business growth. He served six years as a U.S. Navy Officer and holds degrees from Auburn University and National Louis University.

He has been a published author since 1999, when PeopleSoft Administrator's Guide was released by Cybex Press. He lives in Hoover, Alabama.
