Anna McCracken

Anna McCracken is an Australian writer, storyteller and systems thinker. With degrees in social work and human rights law, she stepped off the path she was meant to follow and went looking for something wilder, more relational and more true. Her work explores the meeting place of ecology, mythology and settler inheritance, asking what it means to live in right relationship in a time of unravelling. Shaped by years of wandering, chronic illness, queerness and close attention to the living world, her writing returns again and again to the places where story, belonging and repair meet.
