Connor Drake

Connor Drake is a Senior Executive Coach and Head of Content at Mindmaven. He joined the company nearly a decade ago to create more scalable ways to share Mindmaven’s mission with the world. To develop firsthand experience, Connor first worked as an engagement manager for over a year before eventually becoming an EM trainer and then a coach. Over 10,000 hours later, he’s one of Mindmaven’s most senior coaches and has worked with executives at public companies like Customers Bank, Olo, and Medtronic, as well as leaders at organizations including YPO, Founder Collective, and Truebill (now Rocket Money).

Outside of Mindmaven, he's an audiobook fanatic and passionate writer of children's fiction. He lives in Kalispell, Montana with his family, where they enjoy all the mountains, forests, and lakes the state has to offer.
