Arturo Suarez, the author of this book, came to Philadelphia in 1961 and the city opened all doors to accomplish things he never imagined in his life. His first job was at the airport at night while he studied business administration during the day at Peirce College and graduating in 1965. In 1968 went to work with a Laboratory supply company in the international department, allowing him to travel throughout South, Central America and the Caribbean. in 1976 was the first Hispanic person to obtain a Realtor license. As years went by, became a popular singer in the area, allowing him to open the first Hispanic night club in the city. In 1982 founded the first Hispanic Soccer League and served as president for ten years. In 1994 Founded the first Hispanic Yellow Pages Directory for the tri state area. In 2005 although retired, became a Public Notary, Translator and Interpreter. All of these accomplishments allowed him to become a leader in the Hispanic community.
