Susan Saunders

Susan Saunders is an author and illustrator with a varied background in the performing arts, healing arts, and education. She has worked as an actress, singer, music executive, massage therapist, and musical theater teacher. She is a graduate of Drew University in Madison, NJ, where she earned degrees in both Political Science & Theater Arts. She has also earned degrees from The Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York, NY, and the Graduate School of Education at the College of St. Elizabeth. She is a certified K-5 teacher in NJ. Susan is happy to be creating books that teach life lessons to children in a fun way. She loves the beach and crisp new boxes of crayons. She is the author and illustrator of "Beach Boogie & the Clam Jams", and co-author and illustrator of "Snowpocalypse" (2013) - Ocean View Press
