Miguel Tanco

Miguel Tanco es un autor e ilustrador de libros infantiles nacido en Extremadura (España). Enseña ilustración y organiza talleres creativos con niños e ilustradores de toda Europa y ha publicado más de 40 libros para niños, incluida la trilogía “Tú y yo, yo y tú” (Chronicle Books 2017-18-19), Les Farfelus (Les Fourmis Rouges 2016) o Cuenta conmigo (Tundra Books 2019), su sexto libro como autor e ilustrador.

Ha recibido premios que incluyen la Mención de la Feria del Libro de Bolonia, 2010-2012, la Exposición Infantil No 9 de la Revista de Ilustración Contemporánea 3×3 2014 y 2016, La Sociedad de Ilustradores de Los Angeles West 51, 55 Mención y premio de oro, La mención AOI de Ilustración 2016 o Biennale Ilustrarte 2018

Miguel vive en Milán con su esposa Federica y sus dos hijos, Pablo y Javier.
