These decodable beginner readers can be used as a stand-alone program or with other research-based programs (Tier 1, 2, 3) and are ideal for kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade students, as well as special education students, and English Language Learners. Each story is a complete lesson targeting the five pillars of reading (phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension) while facilitating daily lesson planning.

Author Susan Muscovitch is a certified teacher at Ruth Rumack's Learning Space, with a Masters of Education and qualifications in special education. Susan lives in Toronto with her husband and daughter.
