5* I began to think of it being made into a film. Who would play David? Oh, that's easy - a brilliant actor such as Tom Hardy would be perfect!
5* WRONG PLACE WRONG TIME is the first book written by David Perlmutter & what a fantastic story he has to tell.
5* I disagree with David's perception of himself as a writer. Wrong Place Wrong Time is written beautifully. It is a heartfelt & amazing story of courage and stamina.
5* I am a fan of biography, autobiography, true crime & fact based literature. This book had elements of all these genres & it read like a thriller. David's style of writing makes you feel like he is just a friend telling a story but just when you are thinking you are going to get a nice coming-of-age story, beer & women get involved, and then the plot begins to twist! This is a edge of your seat, can't put it down PERFECT read. I am a reader & a thinker & this one kept me doing both. Do not for a moment think this is a 'man's book'. ANYONE who likes a great read will enjoy this one...the girls in the book club can't put it down, my 80 year old dad loved it & any 20-something on the verge of traveling should read this cautionary tale! Well done!
5* This is an incredible story, one of the few books that leave you cursing your surroundings for constantly distracting you.
5* I would not be surprised to see this book be turned into a movie some day. If it does, I'll be one of the first in line to watch it!
5* A Thrilling, Gripping True Story..I don't normally read true stories but this one grabbed my attention & kept me hooked the entire way through. We all make mistakes in our lives, but for Dave his mistakes will never be forgotten. His mistakes also led to acts of Heroism which most of us could never dream of achieving. This is an incredible, honest account of one man's journey which changed his life forever.
5* I won't ruin the suspense by telling you what happens next, but suffice it to say, it will bring to mind some scenes from Midnight Express.
4* Brilliant read, a real page turner, fast pace and very exciting, loads of great characters. Recommend this book. Great true story. well written.

5* This book passed my "gotta peek ahead" test. At least twice I was forced to cheat and look ahead a few pages because I couldn't stand not knowing what was coming.
5* I have always liked memoirs from ordinary people, not celebrities, and this one certainly didn't disappoint! It had more drama than a Hollywood movie.

Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.

Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a WorldofBooks, Coventry, WMD, United Kingdom, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
