"Most family caregivers are also working at a paid job, and too often not receiving needed support and understanding in their workplace. Zack and Selma's book clearly explains the advantages for employers who support and retain their caregiving employees and helps employers ask themselves the key questions about how caregiver-friendly their workplace really is."
- Amy Goyer, recurring guest on NBC's Today, nationally known caregiving expert, and author, Juggling Life, Work and Caregiving

"The most successful organizations don't just focus on individual caregiver's success. They lay out a road map to connect their caregivers in meaningful ways. Selma and Zack have done just that in this book."
- Christopher Schembra, Wall Street Journal Bestselling Author, USA Today's "Gratitude Guru"

"As someone who’s been battling stage 4 cancer for over 12 years while working full-time, Selma and Zack's book truly resonated with me. I’m one of the lucky ones who works for an organization that provides me the support and flexibility I need while I navigate the daily challenges of a serious illness. Whether it’s employees like me with a serious illness or employees caring for aging parents, this book provides a clear-cut case why companies should provide the support and flexibility to employees facing similar challenges and why it will benefit the company and the affected employee."
