She is the author of QuickBooks 2002: The Official Guide, Windows 2000: The Complete Reference among many other best-selling McGraw-Hill/Osborne titles.
Kenton Gardinier, a technical account manager and trusted advisor at VMware, has designed, implemented, and managed technical and business driven solutions for organizations of all sizes around the world for over 12 years, including early adopter engagements. Kenton is an internationally recognized author and public speaker. He has authored, co-authored, and contributed to several books on security, performance tuning, systems management, operating systems, messaging, and administration.
