The Vyne family gathers at a newly opened eco-resort to celebrate their matriarch’s 70th birthday and enjoy the Christmas Holiday Season—a place she insists on visiting for “sentimental reasons.” But on the first night, her grandson, a tech prodigy known for exposing corporate scandals, disappears after leaving behind a single chilling message on his tablet: “Someone here isn’t who they say they are.”

By morning, the resort’s power grid is sabotaged, drones the grandson brought with him are missing, and a fierce storm shuts down all escape routes. The only trace of him is a set of ski tracks leading to a ridge no experienced skier would attempt in a storm… and an abandoned ski pole snapped clean in half.

Hidden beneath the resort is an abandoned Cold War research bunker—one the matriarch once had access to as a young military contractor. The missing grandson uncovered evidence that the resort’s land was never legally released from classified control. Someone in the family has been trying to recover—or bury—what’s hidden inside the sealed bunker. And the person who sabotaged the power? They needed the storm to cover their next move.

Now, the family must determine whether the missing grandson fled for his life… or was lured into the mountain by someone who’s been waiting decades for this moment.
