At a young age, he heard Psalm 15 being read by a missionary. He was curious, determined, and had an immediate desire to serve "the God of the Psalms." His perseverance led him to leave home, learn to read and write, and study the Scriptures. In 1978, the severe persecution of Christians in Ethiopa forced him to flee to the United States, where he earned a PhD from Michigan State University.

Dr. Alemu Beeftu was born in Woliso area in 1954. Dr. Alemu Beeftu earned a BA from Biola University and master's and doctoral degrees in Curriculum Design and Community Development from Michigan State University. More than 37 years of practice in these and related fields have made him an accomplished and sought-after leadership trainer. He also continues to provide leadership worldwide for the Body of Christ for more than fifty years.
Dr. Alemu Beeftu, founder and president of Gospel of Glory, has a heart for training pastors, businessmen and politicians with a goal of building national leadership infrastructures. Dr. Beeftu presently concentrates on transformational leaders of various ages in more than 54 countries who have the calling, giftings, and character to foster sustainable societal change for the kingdom of God.

Charles D. "Chuck" Pierce leads an apostolic and prophetic ministry in Corinth, Texas. He is President of Glory of Zion International, Kingdom Harvest Alliance, and Global Spheres Inc. These three ministries are housed at Global Spheres Center, which also includes Beulah Acres and the Israel Prayer Garden. He continues to gather and mobilize the worshipping Triumphant Reserve throughout the world. Dr. Pierce also serves as a key bridge between Jew and Gentile as the Lord raises up One New Man.
