Undated hardback edition in thick green laminated boards with cloth spine, two pages of laminated Test Types riveted to the boards and a folded 4pp Visual Acuity Test Chart leaflet loosely inserted. In overall very good used condition with only minor signs of age, handling and storage. Binding tight and appears little read.
