Contents include testimony from Cornwallis, Grey, Carleton, Robertson and many others, and includes "Fugitive Pieces", letters from prominent individuals criticizing the British military conduct. Also contains testimony of Joseph Galloway, a member of the Second Continental Congress who reverted to being a loyalist and subsequently moved to England.
