Dr. Lessard received his PhD in finance from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. His primary scholarly interests are in the areas of corporate valuation, the influence of the board of directors on the creation of shareholder value, portfolio performance, and performance and presentation standards in the investment industry.
