Acerca del autor: Ted Booth graduated with his Ph.D. in early modern European history from the Marco Institute of Renaissance and Medieval Studies at the University of Tennessee. He is currently an adjunct professor of history and humanities at Milligan College in Tennessee. He is married to Kristen and has two daughters.
