He is a regular contributor to Guns & Ammo, Handguns, Shooting Illustrated, Rifle, and Successful Hunter. Other books he has authored include The Sportsman's Handgunning Bible, Beginner's Guide to Guns & Shooting, Be an Expert Shot, and Matching the Gun to the Game. Rees makes his home in Utah, where he shot his first deer with a .44 magnum many years ago. He has hunted throughout the United States, as well as in Canada, Mexico, South America, and Europe. He lives in Orem, Utah.
