Derecho a cancelaci�n

Derecho de desistimiento

Tiene derecho a rescindir este contrato en un plazo de catorce d�as sin indicar el motivo. El plazo de desistimiento es de catorce d�as a partir del d�a en que usted o un tercero nombrado por usted, que no sea el transportista, haya tomado posesi�n de la �ltima mercanc�a. Para cumplir el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que env�e la notificaci�n del ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que expire el plazo de desistimiento.

Consecuencias de la revocaci�n

Si rescinde el contrato, deberemos devolverle todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de env�o (a excepci�n de los gastos adicionales resultantes del hecho de que haya elegido un tipo de env�o distinto al env�o est�ndar m�s barato que ofrecemos), sin demora y a m�s tardar en un plazo de catorce d�as a partir del d�a en que hayamos recibido la notificaci�n de su rescisi�n del contrato. Para este reembolso, utilizaremos el mismo medio de pago que usted utiliz� para la transacci�n original, a menos que se acuerde expresamente lo contrario con usted; en ning�n caso se le cobrar� por este reembolso. Podremos denegar el reembolso hasta que hayamos recibido la mercanc�a o hasta que usted haya presentado una prueba de que ha devuelto la mercanc�a, lo que ocurra primero. Deber� devolver los bienes inmediatamente y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo m�ximo de catorce d�as a partir del d�a en que nos notifique la rescisi�n del presente contrato a nosotros o a para devolver la mercanc�a:
