Sinopsis:
This delightful collection presents an oral history of Santa Fe, New Mexico from the perspective of various inhabitants. The histories include descriptions of political events, commercial history, and especially family stories; the latter providing the best means of getting a sense of Santa Fe's diverse population. The points of view represented include the artist community, the Hispanic immigrants, the Native Americans, politicians, the Catholic Church, ranchers, and retirees.
