8vo., with engraved portrait frontispiece and title in red and black, preliminaries, portrait and title mildly browned, first half of text lightly browned ; eighteenth-century diced calf, expertly rebacked in calf to style, backstrip with flat bands, second compartment with black leather label ruled and lettered in gilt, red sprinkled edges, an unusually well-preserved, firm copy. With the armorial bookplate of Sir Charles Larcom on front paste-down. Nalson's account of the Journal was first published in 1684. EXTREMELY SCARCE. See Davies, 57.
