This work offers an in-depth presentation of nineteen of the most commonly found trees with their herbal, magical and practical uses. The 'medicinal' part covers topics such as homeopathy, Bach flower essences, Native American herbal remedies, nutritional uses and more. The 'magical' part encompasses the connection of goddesses and gods to the trees, nature spirits, the tree alphabet and tree calendar, planetary rulerships, and Celtic mythology and folklore. The book also covers practical uses of trees for food, natural dyes, baskets and more. "Tree Medicine, Tree Magic" weaves old and ancient cultures with tradition myths and legends.
