This easy to read patient handbook provides an active self-treatment plan to quickly and effectively treat and prevent the return of your neck pain and other related pains, such as shoulder pain and headaches. Most people can abolish even long-term pain by themselves if they carefully follow the program described in this book. First publication in 1983, Treat Your Own Neck has helped many sufferers manage their own pain: " After 3 days of exercises and posture adjustment I am feeling fantastic and am off the painkillers, thank you."
