Mary Drinkwater is a Lecturer in Leadership, Higher and Adult Education, and Comparative International and Development Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto, Canada. She is also an Adjunct Faculty at Yorkville University, Canada.
Karen Edge is Pro Vice Provost (International) at UCL and Reader in Educational Leadership at IOE, UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, University College London, UK. Karen was Principal Investigator of the ESRC-funded Global City School Leaders Project examining Generation X leaders' careers and aspirations in London, New York and Toronto. Karen works globally with schools and organisations to explore leadership, talent spotting, retention and system change. In 2015, Karen was recognised with the UCL Institute of Education Director's Prize for Public Engagement.
