Jill "GiGi" Austin, MBA, CEO and founder of GrowthFlows, and best-selling author, helps visionaries transform their leadership style and move toward self mastery. Jill also chaired the Association of American Medical Colleges' General Institutional Advancement Council. Having trained in various energy-shifting practices, Jill is an advanced shamanic practitioner and a certified Feng Shui consultant.
