Dr. Pushpa Singh is working as Associate Professor in Computer Science & Engineering in Delhi Technical Campus, Gr. Noida, India. She is having more than 17 years exposure to teaching B.Tech and MCA students. Dr. Singh has acquired MCA, M.Tech (CSE), and Ph. D (CSE) from AKTU Lucknow in the area of Wireless Network. Her current areas of research include performance evaluation of Heterogeneous Wireless Networks, Machine Learning, and Cryptography. She has 41 papers in reputed international journals and conferences. She has published 4 books, and contributed 6 book chapters in International publication. She is one of active reviewers of IGI, Springer and other Conferences & Journals. She was invited to serve on the different Technical Program Committees. She is also a member of the Computer Society of India (CSI).
Dr. Divya Mishra is working as a full-time academician from last 13 years. She is presently working as an Associate Professor and Head of Department in Computer Science & Engineering Department at Delhi Technical Campus, Gr. Noida. She is PhD (Engineering) from Amity University Uttar Pradesh, MTech (Information Security) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. She also holds B. Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, IKJPTU, Punjab. She has published many research papers in reputed international journals and conferences with Scopus & SCI indexing. She was also appreciated by IEEE Sensors Council for the paper "Application of Non-Linear Gaussian Regression-Based Adaptive Clock Synchronization Technique for Wireless Sensor Network in Agriculture", IEEE Sensors Journal, Vol. 18, No. 10, May 2018, for paper being one of the 25 most downloaded Sensors Journal papers in the month of February 2019. She is an active member of International societies like IEEE, IAENG and an organizing committee for many international conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance the teaching-learning process. She is also associated with a project on Cloud Computing Security funded by the International Bilateral Cooperation Division, Department of Science and Technology, MS&T, Govt. of India. Dr. Kirti Seth is a Consultant, Researcher and a Teacher. She is presently working as an Associate Professor in the School of Computer and Information Engineering, INHA University Tashkent. She holds a PhD (Computer Science) from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, M.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering) from Banasthali University, India. She also holds M.Sc(Computer Science) . She has published many research papers in reputed journals and authored five books. El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que utilizó para la transacción inicial, a menos que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, no incurrirá en ningún cargo como resultado de dicho reembolso.
Podremos retener el reembolso hasta que hayamos recibido los bienes o hasta que nos haya presentado una prueba de que los ha devuelto, lo que ocurra primero.
Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a Books Puddle, Woodside, New York, U.S.A., sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
