Transform Your Team with the Enneagram shows you how to create great teams, whatever their size or industry, no matter if the team model is in-person, remote or a hybrid. Whether you are a team member, a team leader at any organizational level, a coach, trainer or consultant, an HR professional, or if you are simply intrigued by teams, learn how to align, attune and accelerate your team into high-performance.

There's almost nothing more exhilarating than being part of a high-performing team and little that is as distressing as being part of a dysfunctional one. That's why this book teaches you how to create vibrant, sustainable, high-performing teams. The guiding insights from the Enneagram show how each of the nine Enneagram types functions at each stage of team development and what people of each type can do to help, rather than hinder, progress to the next stage. Through a combination of principles from team dynamics, combined with insights from the Enneagram, you'll be amazed how potent using the two together are in creating high-performing teams. Derived from team dynamics, the core principle is that teams go through four predictable stages of team development. If teams address the issues that present themselves at each stage, they can transform from being potential teams to high-performing ones.

Today, teams are everywhere. We work on a variety of teams - think customer service teams, role-based or function-based teams, executive teams, and special project teams, just as starters. Physicians work in teams as do people who work in service delivery. This team trend started over 30 years ago and created a huge team multiplier effect. Now, teams give birth to networks of teams. Here are the key reasons why this is happening and why creating high-performing teams is more important than ever.

The Enneagram is an incredible asset to use in the workplace. In addition to transforming teams by building trust, decreasing stress and improving productivity, the Enneagram can also:

·      Develop conscious and highly-skilled leaders

·      Reduce miscommunication at all levels in the organization

·      Encourage innovation, creativity, and productive risk-taking

·      Help retain talented employees

·     Change organizational culture to be more collaborative

·     Improve customer relationships

·     Increase organizational sustainability

When you integrate the Enneagram into your teams, you'll end up spending less time and money dealing with conflict, you'll reduce your frustration with others, and you'll feel far more satisfied and capable at work than you ever thought possible.
