Paperback. Time is not a river. It is an ocean - and humanity is about to drown in it.The year is 2847. Humanity has cracked the Consciousness Code, fusing artificial intelligence with the oldest wisdom of the East. Now CERN physicist Professor Vishwa wants more. For fifteen years his hands have trembled - ever since the experiment that scattered his wife's mind across timelines he cannot reach. Grief, he believes, is a flaw in the architecture of time. He intends to fix it.Standing against him are Dr Zahra Al-Masri and the Temporal Guardians, who hold a terrifying truth: love and choice mean anything only because we cannot live every timeline at once. And caught between them is Priya, his adopted daughter - who as a child survived the very anomaly that destroyed his wife, and who carries within her a dangerous third path. From the supercolliders of Geneva to the megaliths of Stonehenge, the sun-cut chambers of Abu Simbel and the sacred geometry of Angkor Wat, the race converges on Ujjain, the ancient city where time itself was once measured - and where, at a midnight cremation ground, an ash-smeared saint waits with a story three thousand years old: of a demon who tried this once before, and the god who consumed him to save the world. At noon, under a once-in-26,000-year alignment, humanity will be freed from the tyranny of time - or shattered by it.Marrying the cosmic sweep of Interstellar with the riddling wisdom of the Vikram-Vetaal tales, The Time Code asks the oldest question in the newest way: if you could reach every moment, would anything still matter? Time is not a river. It is an ocean - and humanity is about to drown in it.
The year is 2847. He intends to fix it.
Standing against him are Dr Zahra Al-Masri and the Temporal Guardians, who hold a terrifying truth: love and choice mean anything only because we cannot live every timeline at once.
At noon, under a once-in-26,000-year alignment, humanity will be freed from the tyranny of time - or shattered by it.
Marrying the cosmic sweep of Interstellar with the riddling wisdom of the Vikram-Vetaal tales, The Time Code asks the oldest question in the newest way: if you could reach every moment, would anything still matter?
