New edition, but in fact the 4th printing for the British market of 1,000 copies, of which 100 are thought to have been issued as yellowbacks, though none of these have been located in private or institutional collections. pp. vi,490,[14]. With a section of publisher's adverts at the rear. An excellent copy in the publisher's red cloth blocked in black & gilt, the spine with some light rippling.
