It integrates and systematically reorganizes the Suwen and Lingshu, breaking from the original order to select 51 passages from the source text. These are systematically arranged into ten lectures: The Way, Yin-Yang and the Five Elements, Visceral Manifestations (Part I), Visceral Manifestations (Part II),先天禀赋 (Inborn Constitution), Nutritive and Defensive Qi, Pulse Diagnostics, Diagnosis and Treatment, Etiology and Pathogenesis, and Diseases. This organization provides a classical theoretical foundation for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This volume contains the first five lectures. The book focuses on understanding the physiology and pathology of life and on comprehending the principles of health preservation: it constructs a diagnostic framework inspired by the "True Words from the Golden Chamber" and "Manifestations of Yin and Yang" to guide precise differentiation of cold, heat, deficiency, and excess conditions. At its core is the "theory of visceral manifestations," which explains in detail the functional characteristics of the five viscera and six bowels (e.g., "the liver governs free flow," "the spleen governs transformation and transport") and their links to clinical disorders-such as liver disorders causing muscle spasms and spleen disorders causing dampness stagnation with diarrhea. The book also draws on "meridian theory" to explain the clinical application of back-shu and five-shu points, emphasizing practical principles of therapies including needling, moxibustion, stone needles, and daoyin (therapeutic exercises). For example, external contraction disorders are treated first with daoyin and massage, while visceral diseases can be managed by selecting appropriate back-shu points. Addressing common clinical scenarios, the book distills concepts such as "treating before illness arises" and "nourishing yang in spring and summer," offering guidance on disease prevention and constitutional regulation. For example, it explains the theory of seasonal health cultivation through the "Regulating the Spirit in Accord with the Four Seasons" chapter. The section on "inborn constitution" analyzes the disease tendencies of different constitutional types (such as the Taiyin and Taiyang types), providing a basis for individualized diagnosis and treatment. In addition, the book incorporates numerous clinical case examples-such as using the emotional therapy of "anger countering rumination" to treat depression disorders, or applying the "five movements and six qi" theory to predict periods of higher disease incidence-thus closely and concretely integrating classical theory with clinical practice. This book does not emphasize textual criticism; it focuses instead on theoretical interpretation and clinical application. It is suitable for TCM practitioners seeking to strengthen their diagnostic and therapeutic foundations and also serves as a bridge for beginners from classical study to clinical practice, helping them improve their abilities in syndrome differentiation, treatment, and health preservation. 本书是一部立足中医临床实践、解析《黄帝内经》核心思想的实用著作。本书将《素问》《灵枢》融会贯通、分门别类，打破固有顺序，精选51篇原文，系统梳理
