Pankaj Kumar Tyagi is a Professor at Chandigarh University, Mohali, India. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, teaching, training, consultancy, and expertise in destination management, travel process and disruptive technologies.
Neha Sharma is an Assistant Professor In Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur, India. Her teaching interests include Tourism Resources, Tourism Operations Management and Hospitality Management.

Efectos del desistimiento
