Project themes include landscapes, seascapes, flowers, mountains, lakes and rivers and snow scenes. There is also a comprehensive glossary at the end of the book, exploring some of the most commonly used terms and techniques featured in the book.

Acerca del autor
Julie lives in Kent. She was brought up in March in Cambridgeshire where she attended Cambridge College of Arts and Technology to pursue a Foundation in Art, followed by a degree in Printed Textile design, at Trent Polytechnic Nottingham achieving a First class (Hons). She then went on to design household textiles, wallpapers and prints for ceramics inspired by her love of flowers.
Following a Certificate in Education, Julie began teaching and inspiring adults to paint in watercolour, not only to share her painting skills but for the benefits of well-being and good health. Teaching venues include gardens, galleries and cruise liners. Julie exhibited at Watts Gallery in Surrey whilst serving as Artist-in-Residence.
Her awards have included the Society of Botanical Artists' Certificate of Botanical Merit for a freestyle interpretation of an iris and the Elizabeth Smail Memorial Award for Colour and Composition while exhibiting at Florum in Kent.
Julie is a regular contributor to the Leisure Painter magazine, and has written a number of art books.
Matthew Palmer is a renowned watercolour-painting teacher and best-selling author, with over 145,000 books sold worldwide. He has been painting for over 30 years, and specializes in landscapes, still life and animals.
From his studio in Derbyshire, UK, he has taught thousands of beginner artists to paint online with watercolours, and has gained a devoted following, with over 175,000 subscribers on YouTube alone. When he's not giving online demos, hosting in-person workshops, exhibiting at art shows or appearing regularly on television, Matthew also runs his own online shop where he sells Matthew Palmer brush collections, paints and more.
He has over 150k subscribers to his YouTube channel (@mattyartist); 10K followers on Facebook (@MatthewPalmerArtist); his own paint and brush collections; and an online watercolour school - Watercolour.tv
Geoff Kersey is an experienced watercolourist and is much in demand as a teacher and demonstrator. He lives and works in Derbyshire, where he has a studio, and he exhibits extensively. He has made many watercolour DVDs, contributes to various art publications and has written many best-selling watercolour books. He now runs highly successful online tutorials via his website www.watercolourlandscapes.co.uk
Grahame Booth tutors workshops and holiday courses around the world. He is a popular demonstrator for art clubs all over the UK and his paintings have received many national and international awards. His work is featured in books, videos and art magazines, including The Artist and Artists & Illustrators.
Grahame is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. His work is represented in private collections worldwide and in public collections in Ireland and the USA. He is Past President of the Ulster Watercolour Society and a member of the Watercolour Society of Ireland.

Stephen Coates was born in Sheffield in 1960. The son of a draughtsman, he was introduced to drawing at a very young age. He excelled in art at school but chose a career in retail, working first in the music industry for 16 years followed by another 16 years running his own catering business.
Over a period of 20 years, Stephen learned and specialized in watercolours in his spare time, and gradually developed his own style and unique brand of teaching. In 2011 he became a full-time professional freelance artist, and set up his own studio in Sheffield with the purpose of teaching others watercolour painting. From here he runs courses, workshops and hosts his own amateur art groups. Stephen also demonstrates his skills and shares his expertise at art societies all over England, and exhibits at a variety of national art shows.
Stephen has authored three how-to books on painting with watercolours – The Watercolour Enigma (2018), Take Three Colours: Watercolour Lakes & Rivers (2019) and The Easy Guide to Painting Skies in Watercolour (2022).

Derecho al desistimiento
Si es un consumidor, puede rescindir el contrato de acuerdo con lo siguiente. Por consumidor se entiende cualquier persona física que actúe con fines ajenos a su actividad comercial, empresarial, oficio o profesión.
Información sobre el derecho de desistimiento
Derecho legal de desistimiento
Tiene derecho a rescindir este contrato en un plazo de 14 días sin dar ningún motivo.
El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que utilizó para la transacción inicial, a menos que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, no incurrirá en ningún cargo como resultado de dicho reembolso.

Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a Brook Bookstore On Demand, Bristol, United Kingdom, +39 3485885209, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
