CK3 - An advance uncorrected proof paperback book in very good condition that has some bumped corners, lightly moisture soiled, light discoloration and shelf wear. Although not marked in any way, this copy comes from the personal collection of Otto Penzler, legendary editor and founder of the Mysterious Press, an award-winning icon in the genre. A Jack Donne Mystery. 8.25"x5.25", 230 pages. Satisfaction Guaranteed. William Relling Jr. (William Edward Relling Jr.) was a St. Louis-born horror/mystery writer. He graduated from Lutheran High School North in 1971. He was a member of the Colin Sphinctor Band and in 1978 moved to Los Angeles with the band. When the band broke up, Relling chose to stay in Los Angeles, where he continued writing. Fellow writer Gary A. Braunbeck wrote of Relling's death by suicide in his 2010 book To Each Their Darkness. Efectos del desistimiento

Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento

If your book order is heavy or over sized, we will contact you to let you know extra shipping charges are required.
Domestic default shipping is by Media Mail (about 4 to 14 business days) at $4.00 for the first book and $2.50 for each additional book. Priority mail (about 2 to 3 days to most locations) is available at $6.00 for the first book and $6.00 for each additional book.
International shipping is $22.00 ($15.00 for Canada) and with a delivery time estimated at 10 to 20 business days. Shipping charges for books larger or heavier than this will the based on the actual cost of shipping per the USPS postage rate calculator. Shipping cost charges for international shipment are the actual shipping costs only, with no additional handling or processing fees.
