Sustainable Environmental Geotechnology and PollutionControl : Select Proceedings of EGRWSE 2025, Volume 2

This book includes selected papers presented during the 6th International Conference on Environmental Geotechnology, Recycled Waste Material, and Sustainable Engineering (EGRWSE-2025), held at the School of Industrial Engineering, University of Vigo, Spain, in June 2025. The volume covers the new trends on sustainable and resilient engineering practices in waste management and circular economy, environmental geotechnology, biotechnological applications, and related fields. The papers presented here cover the new advances on renewable energies, climate change, waste valorization, environmental pollution control, soil remediation, and biotechnical applications in wastes and the environment―issues of paramount importance in environmental geotechnics and sustainable engineering. This book can serve as a valuable resource to a diverse audience, including students, academics, educators, policymakers, and professionals engaged in sustainable and resilient practices in civil engineering, environmental engineering, waste management, bio/chemical engineering, and public policy.
