Olof Johansson is Professor of Political Science and chair of the Centre for Principal Development at Ume� University, Sweden, and a member of the board of governors for the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) Centre for the Study of Leadership and Ethics at the University of Virginia, USA.
