Software Reliability Engineering is an apparent discipline whose importance cannot be excavated. The main focus of the Software Reliability Engineering is that, it tends to increase reliability while decreasing development cost. Therefore, it balances the customer needs, development time and reduces development cost. With Software Reliability Engineering we can deliver "just enough" reliability and avoid both the development cost and time. It is receiving marvelous attention from researchers. Computer and computer-based systems are invaded in every sphere of human lives and software is the basic block of that life. Thus, it is very important to ensure the quality of the software, in the sense that it can perform its desirable function. Since it is matter of economy to produce a software having desired characteristic, therefore it is necessary to measure and control the reliability of software. For this purpose, a number of reliability growth models were developed and is being developed to measure the reliability growth of the software. Software reliability still remains largely unsolved.
