Paperback. What if the valley is revealing more than what you lost?Streams in the Valley: What God Reveals Beneath the Surface explores the places we often avoid when life becomes difficult-the fear beneath control, the grief hidden behind strength, the survival patterns we learned to depend on, and the resilience we may not recognize until everything familiar begins to change.Through Scripture and honest reflection, Dr. Sherika M. Stroud examines the valley as more than a season to simply escape. The stream represents what begins to move beneath the surface when God meets us in the places we hide in and the places we hide from. This book does not suggest that every painful experience was sent by God or that suffering has to be celebrated. Instead, it invites readers to look honestly at what difficult seasons can uncover: what needs healing, what needs releasing, what survived, what changed, and where our deepest dependence truly belongs.Streams in the Valley is for anyone navigating grief, transition, disappointment, loss, uncertainty, or a season that has changed the way they see themselves and God.The valley may still be part of the story. The stream is too. And the Source has never stopped flowing. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.…

What if the valley is revealing more than what you lost?
Streams in the Valley: What God Reveals Beneath the Surface explores the places we often avoid when life becomes difficult—the fear beneath control, the grief hidden behind strength, the survival patterns we learned to depend on, and the resilience we may not recognize until everything familiar begins to change.
Through Scripture and honest reflection, Dr. Sherika M. Stroud examines the valley as more than a season to simply escape. The stream represents what begins to move beneath the surface when God meets us in the places we hide in and the places we hide from.
This book does not suggest that every painful experience was sent by God or that suffering has to be celebrated. Instead, it invites readers to look honestly at what difficult seasons can uncover: what needs healing, what needs releasing, what survived, what changed, and where our deepest dependence truly belongs.
Streams in the Valley is for anyone navigating grief, transition, disappointment, loss, uncertainty, or a season that has changed the way they see themselves and God.
The valley may still be part of the story.
The stream is too. And the Source has never stopped flowing.
