Tiene derecho a desistir del presente contrato en un plazo de 14 días sin necesidad de indicar los motivos.
El plazo de desistimiento será de 14 días a partir del día:
- en que usted o un tercero por usted indicado, distinto del transportista, haya adquirido la posesión material de los bienes, siempre que haya pedido uno o varios bienes en el marco de un único pedido y estos se entreguen conjuntamente;

Consecuencias del desistimiento
En caso de desistimiento del presente contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos recibidos de usted, incluidos los gastos de entrega (con excepción de los gastos adicionales resultantes de haber elegido una modalidad de entrega diferente de la modalidad de entrega ordinaria menos costosa que ofrecemos), sin ninguna demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, a más tardar en un plazo de 14 días a partir de la fecha en la que recibamos la comunicación de su decisión de desistir del presente contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago empleado por usted para la transacción inicial, salvo que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario. En ningún caso se le cobrarán gastos como consecuencia de dicho reembolso.
Podremos retener el reembolso hasta haber recibido los bienes o hasta que usted haya presentado una prueba de su devolución, según qué condición se cumpla primero.
Deberá devolvernos o entregarnos directamente los bienes sin ninguna demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, a más tardar en el plazo de 14 días a partir de la fecha en la que nos comunique su decisión de desistir del presente contrato. Se considerará cumplido el plazo si efectúa la devolución de los bienes antes de que haya concluido el plazo de 14 días.
Usted deberá asumir los costes directos de devolución de los bienes.
Solo será responsable de la disminución de valor de los bienes resultante de una manipulación distinta de la necesaria para establecer su naturaleza, sus características y su funcionamiento.
Exclusiones y pérdida anticipada del derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no será aplicable a los contratos: - de suministro de bienes que no sean prefabricados y para cuya fabricación sea determinante una elección o decisión individual por parte del consumidor, o que estén claramente personalizados conforme a las necesidades específicas del consumidor;
- de suministro de bienes que puedan deteriorarse o caducar con rapidez;
- de suministro de bebidas alcohólicas cuyo precio haya sido acordado en el momento de celebrar el contrato, que no puedan entregarse antes de 30 días desde la celebración del contrato y cuyo valor real dependa de fluctuaciones del mercado que el empresario no pueda controlar;
- de suministro de periódicos, publicaciones periódicas o revistas, con excepción de los contratos de suscripción.
El derecho de desistimiento se extinguirá anticipadamente en los contratos: - de suministro de bienes precintados que no sean aptos para ser devueltos por razones de protección de la salud o de higiene y que hayan sido desprecintados después de la entrega;
- de suministro de bienes que, después de su entrega y debido a su naturaleza, se hayan mezclado de forma indisociable con otros artículos;
- de suministro de grabaciones sonoras o de vídeo, o de programas informáticos, presentados en envases precintados, cuando el precinto haya sido retirado después de la entrega.
